Product Features & Advantages
1.Dustproof Plate

The design of dustproof plate on the top of the machine, the use of transparent baffle, can be clearly observed when working; Prevent dust from splashing and ensure a clean working environment.

2.Grinding Head

The use of special carbide grinding head, the use of high-quality materials, improve the grinding efficiency, longer service life, good grinding effect.

3.Dust Outlet

Through the dust outlet, the gypsum debris inside the machine can be discharged to ensure internal cleanliness and better prevent the splashing of gypsum debris.

Note: The dust outlet should be used with a vacuum cleaner. Clean the remaining plaster debris inside the machine after each use. In particular, keep the motor shaft clean. Minimize the resistance of motor rotation.

4.Foot Pad

There are four non-slip foot pads at the bottom of the machine, which ensure the stability of the machine during work, prevent sliding, reduce vibration and reduce noise, and make it safer to use.

5.Heat Dissipation

The design of a heat dissipation hole at the bottom of the machine can dissipate the heat generated by the motor in time, reduce the internal temperature and extend the service time.

Instructions & Cautions
A.Instructions

1.Unpack the carton case, check if all the accessories are complete.
2.The electric outlet must have a good grounding.
3.After connecting to the power supply, the indicator light on the lower left corner of the machine should be on.
4.Turn on the power switch, the motor(grinding head) should strart working and the red indicator light in the power switch is on.
5.While grinding, push with both hands with gentle and evenly, do not touch the grinding head.
6.Users can connect the dust outlet with a pipe into a dust box, connecting with a suction box is perferable.
7.Clean the dust in the dust chamber regularly.

B.Cautions

1.There might be two possibilities if the motor does not work:
a.If the green indicator light is not on, check if the power supply is connected and whether the fuse tube in the electric outlet is burned out.
b.If the green indicator light and the power indicator are on, check if there is open circuit in the motor, capacitor and circuit.

2. If the shaking is severe, it could be caused by the loosening of the nut on the clip. To resolve the problem, lift the cover and tighten the loose nut.

Returns & Exchanges
