Precautions

1. During transportation, please ensure the rotary reducer packaging box is positioned in the specified orientation and avoid collisions. When handling, wear work gloves and operate with caution. Rotary reducers typically feature threaded holes on both inner and outer rings, enabling safe lifting and transportation using hoisting equipment.

2. During storage, maintain the specified orientation of the rotary reducer packaging box. Store in a closed room to prevent moisture exposure. Within sealed packaging, surface corrosion and rust protection can be maintained for approximately 5 months. For longer storage periods, implement special protective measures.

3. Approximately 100 hours after initial assembly, it is necessary to retighten all bolts to the specified torque. This inspection should be performed annually. Under special operating conditions, the frequency of inspections may be reduced. If any bolts are found loose, immediately replace all bolts, nuts, and washers.
