This miniature oil on board by New South Wales painter Diana Lane, is in very good 

condition.  The painting is in perfect condition. It has been signed lower right and
 titled 'Balmain' lower left. There are two titles written on the back, suggesting the

frame has held two different painting in the past. The original price from many years 

ago is also written on the back along with the painter's surname.

Ready to hang and enjoy.

Diana Lane is a noted miniaturist painter of inner city terraces mainly around
 Sydney. She has been painting since the 1950's, however, she has never
 disclosed her date of birth. There is little or no biographical information
about this artist.
