Attention
Before operating the machine, check whether the mechanical and electrical parts are damaged, whether the machine frame part is obviously deformed, and whether the air line of the air cylinder is damaged or loose.
The machine needs to be connected to the driving air source after being received. The accessories include a 10mm air line and a straight insertion connector for easy connection to the air compressor (the silent 30l small air compressor needs to be prepared in advance.).
The air pressure requirement is between 0.65-0.85. The air pressure lower than the standard air pressure can cause defects in the injection molded product, while the air pressure higher than the standard air pressure is prone to danger.
The machine power supply needs to be properly grounded, and the grounding resistance should not exceed 5om. It is strictly prohibited to modify the pneumatic part of the machine power supply. The power supply should be 110V single-phase power supply.

Optimized Plunger Design

Precision Injection Nozzle
The injection nozzle with the internal diameter of 2.5mm can achieve quick and perfect injection molding at the speed of 1cm/s, and has the high sealing performer and adaptability. The materials can be prevented from adhering to the injection nozzle, ensuring precision injection molding.
Operation Method
Filling of injection molding raw materials: It is best to fill no more than 80% of the plunger cylinder with raw materials at a time. Excessive filling can cause problems that the plunger and material barrel are jammed, the upper and lower portions are adhere to each other.
Adjustment of heating temperature: The operator directly face the temperature controller at the upper right corner of the machine, and the button switch is selected to turn on/off the heating system. The temperature controller set button is used to set the temperature, and the up and down arrows are used to adjust the temperature to the desired temperature range for processing plastic. The PE and PP temperature is 200-240°C, The ABS temperature is 180-210°C, and the PS temperature is 180-200°C. Adjust the temperature to the appropriate range according to the melting temperature of the materials.
Adjustment of injection pressure: The pressure gauge of the pressure regulator on the upper right side of the machine displays the current working pressure. Lift the black knob, rotate it clockwise to increase the pressure, and rotate it counterclockwise to decrease the pressure (the pressure will not change immediately after adjustment and will only change after the machine works once). Adjust the temperature and air pressure appropriately according to the fluidity of the plastic.
Adjustment of mold position: Firstly, adjust the height of the mold. It is best to keep the distance between the mold gate and the machine nozzle to be about 5mm. If the height is too large (the distance is greater than 10mm), plastic is prone to leakage. After aligning the gate and nozzle, press the foot switch to complete the injection molding and then release the switch. Wait for the mold to cool down, and then open the mold. The factory air pressure adjustment is generally 0.2mp. If the injection molding is incomplete or defective, please adjust the air pressure to a reasonable range. The adjusting range is 0.2m-0.75mp. The higher the air pressure is, the higher the injection pressure is.
