🖼️ Description

This set of four antique pharmacy bottles includes examples from both Palmer & Laggart and E.E. Palmer, well-known prescription druggists in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan during the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Each bottle is hand-blown in mold with embossed lettering reading “Prescription Druggists – Palmer & Laggart – Mt. Pleasant, Mich.” or “E.E. Palmer – Prescription Druggist – Mt. Pleasant, Mich.” These bottles were used for prescription medicines and tonics dispensed at their downtown apothecary between approximately 1895 and 1915.

The glass shows gentle age iridescence and light interior haze, typical of over-100-year-old finds. No cracks or major chips are visible. Beautiful local-history pieces with excellent embossing clarity.
