Antique Victorian moving into the Art Deco period Etched flower and leaves relish tray celery dish.  The 1890s-1920s had serving pieces for everything imaginable.  This piece I believe is either U.S. Glass, or Fostoria.  I have sold pieces from both companies over the years and this pattern was a sought after one.  I love the ribbed edges on the lips of the tray and the reverse etched flowers and scooped out leaves on the bottom.  Today this could be used as a serving piece for anything from olives and cheese to spreads and dips.  100+ year old piece dating to between 1906 and 1918.  There is so much going on with this piece visually that the chip isn't immediately obvious, but it is there and I always point out any and all imperfections.  I priced it accordingly and hope this will be a nice addition to a buyers collection.  There are a lot of cut crystal and rock crystal pieces out there, but very few with this pattern.  I hope if I live to 100 that I only have one blemish!
