Used equipment is covered for 30 days from when the item is Received, unless otherwise stated.
If your equipment fails due to normal use, please contact our customer service department so that we can assist you, We will repair or replace your equipment at our discretion. In some situations, we may choose to refund the full purchase price of an item.

Before packing and shipping out, we double check the quality of the item which makes the turn around on shipping about two - three business days after the item is sold. We want you to receive the item as quickly as possible and in good working condition!
Items over $500 in value will be shipped 'signature required.' This policy exists to protect our customers due to the increase risk of fraud in the electronics industry. If you do not want your item shipped 'signature required' you must contact us directly. Any packages that are Returned to Sender will incur a $20 RTS Fee.
Your State's local sales tax rate will be applied to your order where required by law.
