LabRatParts is the Ebay division of Scientific Instrumentation Services. We are a professional Transmission Electron Microscope service, restoration and sales company. We have been working with Electron Microscopes since the early 80's. We also restore/repair other instrumentation and equipment. If we do not have the time to diagnose a problem or the components to get something running again we often strip it down for parts. All our listings are negotiable as far as price goes, and what is available for sale. Need just one part from a listing? Let us know. We have no intention of selling anyone something that does not work, but we cannot test everything. We have many parts for Philips, FEI, JEOL, ZEISS TEMS/SEMS that we do not list. If you need a part for one...please ask.
SHOP POLICIES
- Tax: Texas residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.
- Payment: Paypal is preffered, but we also accept Visa and Mastercard.
- All items sold by LabRatParts and SIS have a minimum 30 day return policy. Please check each individual listing for specifics.
- All listings only include what is pictured, unless specifically mentioned. Sometimes we will have additional pictures of the equipment a part came from for clarification.
SHIPPING
- We can combine shipping on all orders.
- Domestic Shipping: We will use the most economic method possible, unless customer has a preference.
- International: USPS flat rate mailers will be used when possible, otherwise we will find the next best option and send and invoice with most economical option. In some rare cases, some items may need an export license. In the situation that they do, we will contact you via email to hash out the details.
- Shipping for all returned items must be covered by the buyer.
- Everything for sale is available for inspection so if you are local come on by. If you want some more pictures just ask. If you would like us to test something, contact us...we have lots of diagnostic equipment for evaluation.
