1. This is a Universal Restraint System for children. It is approved in accordance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213 for general use in vehicles and it will fit in most but not in all cars.

2. A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is capable of accepting a Universal Restraint System for this age group. If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.

3. This seat is designed for use with the integrated 5-point harness system, secure the seat to the vehicle with its LATCH system or with the vehicle's existing 2- or 3-point seat belt. Then safely secure the child with the integrated 5-point harness system. In rearward facing mode, the seat is suitable for children weighing between 5 and 35 Ibs. (2-16 kg).

4. For use in forward facing mode the seat is suitable for children weighing between 20 and 70 lbs. (9-32 kg) and whose height is 50 inches (127 cm) or less.
