For faulty or unwanted items:

If your return is within 30 days please use the Ebay returns procedure (within My Ebay / Purchase History / Click 'Return item' button). All unwanted items need to returned to us in original packaging and be undamaged and fit for resale. All damages must be reported to us in the first 7 days, after 30 days please contact us. For faulty items you will need a RAN (returns authorisation number) – when contacting us please have your original order and address details ready to speed up this process. Manufacturer warranties are normally 12 months unless specified in the listing. Some manufacturers will repair faulty items, the processing of these repairs may take up to 4 weeks after collection. Damage from improper use (ie: using an item for what it is not intended) will not be refunded. Awnings, Tents and Canopies: Please ensure all returned awnings, tents and canopies are returned to us dry and free from mud / dirt and contain all original components. Failure to do so will possibly result in a refusal of refund. Please allow 7 working days for awnings, tents and canopies to be erected and tested before refunds are processed. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund
