Information Regarding Our Policies:

We are a 2-person team, my husband Charlie and myself (Carol). We are not a warehouse or a machine shop; we do this from home.

ACCEPTING OFFERS: We do NOT accept offers. My husband adjusts the prices periodically.

COMBINED SHIPPING: My husband does all the packing/shipping, which he takes pride in. We try to combine shipping whenever possible. If combining is an option, I will refund you the difference.

SHIPPING/HANDLING TIME: We ship USPS ONLY. We utilize their FLAT RATE prices whenever possible or otherwise GROUND service according to your location (using eBay's Shipping Price Calculator). My husband prepares your package(s) usually the day of purchase and makes a daily trip to the post office in late afternoon (EST).

SATISFACTION: If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please reach out to us BEFORE you open a case or leave feedback. We pride ourselves in resolving any issue(s) you may have. We will NOT accommodate ANYONE who expects to get our items for free by falsely implying that our NOS items are used or defective. My husband only opens the NOS boxes to take pictures. We have a good rapport with eBay and they are in our corner in regard to scammers. “Problem” buyers will be blocked.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal as payment and accept Local Pick-up whenever possible.
