This ideal diode module employs a dedicated chip to simulate an ideal diode rectifier. Two MOSFETs with 6mR low internal resistance are connected in parallel, minimizing voltage drop during high-current operation and eliminating the 0.7V voltage drop typical of standard diodes. Tested at 16A under air cooling. When mounted on a large heat sink, theoretical operation exceeds 30A depending on thermal conditions. Ensure module temperature does not exceed 110°C, otherwise rapid overheating will occur.

This ideal diode module employs a dedicated chip to simulate an ideal diode rectifier. It utilizes two 0.8mΩ low-resistance MOSFETs in parallel, minimizing voltage drop during high-current operation and avoiding the 0.7V voltage drop typical of standard diodes. Tested under air-cooled conditions, it can handle 40A. When mounted on a large heat sink, the module can theoretically handle over 60A depending on heat dissipation. The module requires a ground connection, offering superior noise immunity and broader application range compared to ungrounded ideal diodes, with more stable output.
