It is always my goal that you are satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, I will make it right. You can return the item in it's original condition within 30 days for your money back (See my GERNAL STORE POLICIES for more details). GENERAL STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING TIME:

All orders have a 2 Business Day handling time at the latest. This means that if you purchased an item on Monday, it will ship out on Wednesday at the latest. However, Saturday, Sunday, and any Federal holidays do NOT count as business days. For example, if you order an item on a Friday, it will ship out by the following Tuesday at the latest. (I cannot delay shipping beyond the 2 business days, per eBay guidelines).

However, I will always do my best to ship out any orders on the same day or next day when I am able. Most orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday.

SHIPPING CARRIER:

Unless otherwise stated, I offer Free Shipping for your order. This means that it is not an extra fee that you need to pay. However, if you would like a specific carrier or service, you must request such before purchase. In most cases, you will be able to upgrade to Priority Mail for a small upcharge, please message me.

In most cases, I use USPS Ground Advantage as this is the most affordable and allows the price you pay for the item to be lower than it would otherwise have to be. Larger and heavier items are typically shipped with FedEx Home Delivery for the same reason. If this would be an issue for you, please message me before purchasing.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

As previously stated, it is genuinely my goal for you to be happy with your purchase and feel that you had a positive experience with my business. If there are any issues with the item, you can open a return through the Order Details page. Please message me before doing so, in case there is a simpler solution that works for both of us. 

However, in order for your return to qualify for a 100% refund, it must meet a couple criteria, which is as follows:
