Orders are shipped out 1-3 days after receiving your payment. Estimated delivery times differ based on the product group. Larger items which require pallets or wooden racks are usually taking up to 14 days to arrive at your address. All the other items are being shipped with courier services DPD, TNT, FedEX and Latvia Post. Within European union, shipments sent with courier services are delivered in 3-5 days. Shipping within European Union is FREE. Please note! For shipments to islands in European Union additional shipping fee may apply.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for refund.
