Part of a massive early jazz and rock collection in multiple formats belonging to a gentleman who bought a second home to house it all. Contents all present and accounted for, and the vinyl condition is astounding.

I’ve examined each record under direct light and detected no flaws or evidence of play. On record 1 of Vol II, I saw what appeared to be a light abrasion, but a quick spin clean with fresh solution removed it. The other 45 were found to be pristine with some expected light dust that can be brushed off at runtime. Their condition is consistent with the size of the collection; in short, I don’t believe they ever saw a turntable.

Outer and inner boxes are all intact with no splits or structural issues. Lettering is crisp and the surfaces are generally shiny and clean and present well. One inner box edge has some light spotting, but it’s probably best not to get too aggressive with pressure or chemicals. It’ll be facing a wall for the rest of its days. Some of the inner sleeves are DiscWasher branded.

Booklets are included as pictured, along with one coupon. These sets were limited to 2500, but I don’t think Mosaic numbered them individually in this case. This is two of the three volumes in the Commodore set.
