This is a frame for a 2003 Yamaha YZF-R6. I have the full V5 logbook and it is on a "53" plate.
The logbook says it has been written off in the past and just done a HPI check to confirm it was Cat C write off back in January 2016.
Can't see any damage to the frame at all. Frame number is all clear and untouched.
