At IF we design and manufacture original and rather clever gift ranges and distribute them to the best gift, book and stationery retailers throughout the world. Our products are well designed and appeal to customers of all genders and ages - from 5 to 95! And as we’ve been doing this for over 20 years, we like to think that we know what our customers need. We sell to good retailers of many kinds, including gift shops, book & stationery stores, visitor attractions, department stores, Garden centres and galleries worldwide. Every product we sell has been created in our studio by a team of product, packaging and graphic designers… generally starting with a blank piece of paper and a pencil! We work on product development every single day in the studio and launch things every few months, so there is always something new for your customers! Our products are available in over 70 countries around the world, either supplied directly from IF warehouses, or via one of our distributors. We make sure we have good levels of stock in both our UK and USA warehouses, so all of our products are available all the time. We supply all sorts of merchandising options so that our customers can display our products instore in lots of creative ways. These are often free! Our products sell consistently year after year and lots of our sales are repeat orders - simply because our products are really clever and appeal to lots of people! Apparently that’s quite unusual! We try to support our retailers in every way we can, by offering all sorts of helpful things like low MOQs, small pack sizes, quick delivery, ‘starter packs’ (a great way to trial a range) and often free carriage*
