Product: You are purchasing the shown set. Ships assembled. NO RETURNS. I bought 2 large tubs of these and pieced together the sets I am selling based on manuals I found online. I cannot 100% guarantee that the figures are correct, but the number of them and the weapons are to the best of my ability to figure out. The figures can be somewhat fragile and there may be a figure or two with broken fingers. Assume that anything needing a battery will need a new battery. Condition: These are dusty to very dusty and you may wish to wipe them off. I am fairly certain that all the parts are here with any known to be missing listed here: TRAP DOOR, 1 BROWN/WOOD 1X4. Please always see the picture(s) for more details. I am not a professional grader. I have been reading comics for about 40 years, so I am simply relying on my own experience and the parameters below. Sometimes, although not that often, it is an extra day or two. Delivery Times Most standard domestic packages arrive 4-6 business days after the date of shipment.
