Physically inspected and in good condition.  Taken from a 2009 Nissan/Datsun Rogue AWD (4 Cylinders A 2.5L FI DOHC 153 CID), automatic transmission, part number MEC111-040.  Make sure your original has the same part number before buying!  (Unless it doesn't matter for your particular model or plan to do a swap of some sort).  Due your due diligence and research.  

Copy of VIN number from donor vehicle included in case reprogramming is necessary.
