Delivery and Claims Protocol

Seller Documentation: Before shipping the item out, we will also record a video of the item securely packaged in the box for our record.

Tracking and Retrieval: we advise following the tracking closely. When it arrives, please retrieve it immediately.

Claim Requirements

Required Video Proof: Upon the package's arrival, we require a continuous video recording of the unboxing in case of any claim or issue.

Claim Window: This video must be sent to us within four (4) hours of delivery.

Final Sale: Failure to provide this video within the specified four-hour time frame means the sale is final, and all issues are void.

Buyer Abuse: Any buyer who abuses the Item Not As Described policy will be blocked from purchasing from us in the future.
