RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (Shipping cost is NOT refundable).
You have 30 days to request a return. If you would like to return an item please follow the below instructions for a free prepaid return label.

1. Go to My eBay tab on the top right of page
2. Select Purchase History from the drop down menu
3. Select the orders tab and locate the item you want to return
4. Select the option highlighted in blue that reads "Return this item"
5. Select "Changed my mind" as the reason for the return and your return will be instantly approved with a free prepaid shipping label

WE INSTANTLY APPROVE RETURN REQUESTS THAT SELECT "CHANGED MY MIND"
Selecting a different reason will lead to your return not being instantly approved and held for approval.

1. All returned products must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
2. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached, no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
3. Prepaid shipping labels are not provided to International buyers. International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES: Our Exchange policy is simple. Just return the items you don't want using the normal returns process for a full refund. At any time, simply place a new order for the new product(s) you want to purchase.
