Of Detroit, Mich. - Issues All Forms Of Personal Accident, Sickness and Liability Insurance".  The booklet measures 2 7/8" by 2" and opens to find a piece of 'plaster' that when you lift up you can read the page that states "This plaster will relieve your hurt, but it won't take care of your family in case you are killed.  A policy in the Standard will".  Condition is excellent.  Buyer to pay USPS First Class shipping.  International shipping will be actual cost.
