Condition Note: Excellent condition, with very minor age-related wear. Parts of the kit are clearly in mint condition. The camera shutter working is working, its meter is responsive (accuracy unknown), its self timer is working. The camera body is in good / very good condition and the lens is in excellent condition, as is the kit in general.
The kit is functioning except that the green indicator
on the lens's battery compartment does not light up (this is only a minor issue, but you need to read the instructions to understand what this indicator actually does).
The battery compartment is naturally flimsy, it comes apart easily, but this is necessary in order to slide the compartment cover on / off - just be careful when wrangling with it, to ensure it doesn't completely come apart.
The battery compartment cover, by the way, slides open in the opposite direction to the arrow.
The camera itself contains 2xLR44 cells, so please remember to remove these if you plan to leave the camera in storage for a long time.
