- To save even more on our jewelry, check it out on Mercari. Lower fees for us = lower prices for you! The catch? Mercari does operate differently than eBay. The key is to rate your seller ASAP after receiving your purchase. (If you don't, you can't expect to get great ratings in return.) That's about it!

We're under the same username, "cyglim," but to find our posts, you'll have to search using a description of the item.

Purchase includes the exact necklace as pictured. It will be packed carefully for shipment. Please don't hesitate to contact us through this listing with any questions.

.

**PLEASE BE AWARE: USPS OFTEN EXPERIENCES DELAYS, which can affect total delivery time regardless of how quickly we ship. Also, tracking info can be delayed or altogether inaccurate, especially at holiday time.

In 15 years of selling on eBay, involving thousands of packages, we've had exactly 1 domestic package that was actually "lost in the mail." So, it will arrive eventually. Please don't watch the pot come to a boil. It'll only take longer.

.

We ask that you purchase items with the sole intention of treasuring them forever. We offer free returns as a courtesy, only to be used if we've made a serious error. (We should still be contacted 1st.)

Returns for any other reason may be subject to a deduction from the refund, & all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, including any specialty packaging.

Any returns that are forced using dishonest measures (like selecting "Doesn't match description or photos" when you really just changed your mind) will be reported, with evidence provided to eBay.

As we do not make the items we sell, we offer no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implicit. By completing a purchase, you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

.

Shipping within US & internationally through the Global Shipping Program only. Signature upon delivery is required for items over $249 or at our discretion. Tracking info will automatically upload upon shipment. We package items within 1 business day of payment, and generally drop off the following day.

Business days: M-F, 8am-5pm.

WE CAN COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS. No extra charge if the weight doesn't change. BUT: 1. Please give us a heads-up, 2. Items must be purchased within a 3 day time frame, and 3. Request or wait for the combined invoice before paying. We can't combine after the fact.

Please know: we don't profit on shipping. The price sometimes reflects added insurance or signature service fees.

Long- winded notes & general FYI from a small (but passionate) eBay presence. Absolutely no offense is intended whatsoever:

.

1. Returns

We are pleased to offer free returns, but please don't abuse this. We only offer this to make things easy for you in case we have made a mistake. We still need to be contacted 1st!

By sending a quick message to the seller, most issues can be resolved, often without having to return anything. If it's agreed through messaging that a return is best and it was our mistake/ fault (or if you're just that unhappy with your purchase), we will gladly provide a return label. Most good sellers operate this way.

However, if a return is needed and it was actually your mistake, please just pay for your own label, then send a message with the tracking info. This is all the "proof" eBay needs that you've returned something. You can then take pride in the fact that you did the right thing by not taking advantage.

Bottom line: There is never a need to open a return claim against us without at least contacting us first. We are a very small "store" on eBay, operated by 2 human beings. Please just talk to us, and we can work things out as adults.

.

2. Item Details

Gram weights & millimeter measurements are approximate but will be accurate within (+/-) 0.3 , which is a standard variance allowance.

A majority of the used items we sell come from family member's estates (or other known people's estates.) We pass along whatever info was given to us at the time, or whatever we can confirm through our own research. Though we have gained a lot of knowledge over time, we are not experts on these items. If we were to have everything appraised/ certified/ etc., our prices would have to increase significantly. Our goal is to offer quality items at "old eBay" prices.

We would never knowingly provide false info on an item. That makes zero business sense. We want happy customers who will return!

.

3. Feedback

We are also not product designers, makers, or distributors. Only re- sellers. We did not make these items. If you have something negative to say regarding the design of an item, or the quality of materials that were used, etc., please feel free to leave a review on the actual creator's site. Feedback left on eBay is meant to be about your buying experience with that seller. It should only reflect things that the seller has control over. For example, was the item described well? Is it what you expected based on the pictures and description? If you asked questions, were they answered in a timely & professional manner? Did the seller ship your item within their promised time frame*? If the answer is yes to these questions, the feedback should be all positive.

*This is a big one. Once an item is handed over to a carrier, the seller has fulfilled their promise. Way too many sellers get negative feedback based on a delivery taking too long. Again, feel free to leave your thoughts with the responsible party, which is not the seller if the item left their hands on time. It will never cease to amaze how many people still believe eBay sellers have some kind of magical control over/ secret dealings with USPS, FedEx, etc.. Think of how much control you have when you mail something. Right, well, same-sies.

.

4. Used Items

This may seem obvious, but unless a seller has stated that an item is in like- new condition, we should all expect that used items will look, well, used!

Opinions about condition can vary greatly. If a seller has selected "pre-owned," any statements regarding the item's appearance are going to be that seller's opinion only. Not fact.

.

5. Used Jewelry

Most people forget that jewelry requires periodic maintenance. Even the highest quality stuff can't look pretty forever without some effort. When purchasing a pre-owned piece, it is safest to assume it has been neglected. We always recommend taking your purchase to a local jeweler for a check-up. They can straighten/ tighten/ repair/ replace as needed, maybe even buff out surface scratches. All in addition to giving it a professional cleaning. What you get back often looks brand new! Some places won't even charge you for simple stuff, just so they can establish a relationship with you. If there is a charge, it is usually minimal. Well worth it to keep it in its best shape for the long haul!

.

6. Final Thought

We do realize that there will always be people who would rather hide behind/ use & abuse eBay's buyer- friendly policies. We have nothing to say to those individuals apart from reminding them what goes around, comes around. It is generally true that you end up getting back whatever you're putting out into the world.

So, "Careful, Icarus... lest ye fly too close to the sun. "

THANKS FOR MAKING IT TO THE END!
