Cellbag™ bioreactor containers with Bioclear™ 11 film, a low antioxidant formulation with similar construction to Bioclear™ 10 film. Bioclear™ 11 film is recommended for cell lines that have been found to be sensitive to certain antioxidants.

Cellbag™ bioreactor containers are presterilized, disposable chambers for non-invasive mixing of fluids using a WAVE™ Bioreactor system.

Bioclear™ 11 film is a low antioxidant version of Bioclear™ 10 for use with CHO cells and other cell lines that have Irgafos™ antioxidant sensitivity.

Cellbag™ bioreactor containers with Bioclear™ 11 film are made for use with WAVE™ Bioreactor systems. Cellbag™ bioreactor containers with Bioclear™ 11 are formulated for mammalian cell culture when degradation products of Irgafos 168 might interfere with growth of sensitive cell lines such as CHO cells. Cellbag™ bioreactor components are similar to those used for biological storage bags and meet USP Class VI specifications for plastics. A validation regulatory support guide is available to demonstrate biocompatibility.
