This Sony camcorder turns the power on, images can be seen properly, DVD drive works, but touch screen does not respond. The camcorder has to be sold as it is with no return and no guarantee for its working condition due to the known issue. Cosmetically, the camcorder shows sign of previous use with minor to normal scratches on the casing, otherwise is in great condition all over the unit. The LCD screen, eye viewfinder, and lens are all in excellent shape with no visible scratch.
