Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes before delivery and they are NOT included in product or shipping price. All custom clearance procedures with all associated charges and processing fees are customer’s liability. If customer refuses to accept the shipment because this reason, customs authorities or carriers may charge us an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the customer’s payment amount before refund.
