International shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked Service. It should arrive within 5-30 working days, and not the eBay estimated date. All local customs fees are paid by the customer. Please message for more accurate quotes to Northern Ireland, the USA and Canada.

Claims Policy: If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK Mainland) - please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter swiftly. Any claims after this period are void and non-refundable. You will need to make a claim directly with the courier service as instructed by our customer service.

Return / Replacement Policy

    • Buyers must contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Code (RMC) before returning any item(s).
    • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging via Royal Mail, accompanied by the shipping receipt.
    • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
