Why should we need a water descaler?

As we know, water contains calcium, magnesium ions, carbonate, bicarbonate, sulfate, etc. When the water reaches a certain temperature, the calcium and magnesium ions combine with acid radical to form precipitation of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and calcium sulfate, so as to form scale. Once the scale deposits have built up, iron particles imbed into it. In the course of time, the scale and the rust blend into one material that seen as red colored deposits in the pipe which are affecting the water and posing a health risk to people.
