This is a vintage industrial wooden spool which has a buck, water, and evergreens hand painted on it.  The signature looks like Tom Roberts or perhaps Jim Roberts.  It does not stand alone without wobbling; you can see why with the additional round pieces added to each end.  It could be made into a lamp because there are holes at either end for the wire to run through. It could also be used for some other purpose.   This item weighs over two pounds prior to being packed for shipment to the winner.  It is approx. 12" high x 5 1/2" diameter at one end and 3 3/4" diameter at other end.  The sizes of the holes are 3/4" at one end and 5/8" at the other end.
