A Godfrey-Sterling sewing machine is a vintage machine from the late 1950s or early 1960s, originally made in Japan, and built to a Singer Class 15 design.

These robust, straight-stitch machines are known for their durability, strong motors, and ability to sew both heavy and lightweight fabrics.

Graphics are outstanding, considering they are 70 years old

Great working order

The machine has been tested, cleaned and oiled

Sewed through a 4mm thick leather strap

Overall, in very good condition with knocks and scratches consistent with age and use.

The pedal has had two very good repairs on the front corner and its base plate (pictured).

The lid is in fair condition with a hole on top and slightly out of shape. Would not carry this machine by the carry handle, rather pick the machine up by its base instead

Thread spool not included
