Great shape with some minor paint loss (see close-up photos).  Also a crack on one of the plastic sleeves of the backhoe (see last photo).  VERY clean.  

Tractor by itself (not including front scoop or backhoe) measures approx. 4"L. Weighs 15oz.  I think that makes this a 1/32 scale.
