This is original, owned by me and never opened. Still sealed in original shrink wrap, so everything is complete.

All my items have been stored in a temperature controlled, smoke and pet free environment.

 

Items are NEW, usually sealed in original manufacturer's packaging, as specified, unless description states otherwise. In some cases, the item was opened initially, or for photos and returned to it’s box.

 

Some items, particularly if doll clothing, may be new in the package (NIP) and never opened but are showing signs of deterioration. Keep in mind that even under the best storage conditions, items made of pleather (in particular) start to crack and peel. The same may occur with packaging colors fading, even when kept out of UV light exposure. I photograph the items in good lighting to give the buyer the most realistic view. If a stock manufacturer's photo is used, the item is MIP/ MIB (Mint in the Box). If this is not acceptable to you, please don't bid.

 

If a Certificate of Authenticity is included, this will be present in the photos and/ or description.

 

High value collectibles will be insured for our mutual protection, particularly if Animation Art or Sports Memorabilia. This would apply to items > $500, unless you request insurance on a lesser item. Insurance charges will be added to your total.

 

eBay fees and taxes are additional and I have no control over the added cost.

**Please be sure to actually read the auction details to understand what you are bidding on. It is surprising still that buyers bid on auctions without reading the item description. Your failure to read the description is not an excuse to demand a refund. Ask questions if you are not sure.

 

If you make a Bid in error and contact me with adequate time to correct your error (>24 hours), I will cancel your Bid.

 

Please remember that you may be depriving someone else from winning the item. If your bid is not cancelled, you are committed by eBay Policy to make the purchase.

Bidders who have less than 5 positive feedback ratings will be cancelled. There are too many people trying to defraud Sellers to tolerate would-be-buyers who are not serious about their Bidding. Sorry to newbie bidders.

 

Payment:

 

I accept PayPal payments. Please complete payment within 3 days of auction's end. If you do not pay within this period, you may be sent a courtesy reminder. If you still don’t pay, you will be reported to eBay as a Non-Payer and will be banned from future auctions.

 

Shipping:

 

Shipping charges, if applicable, are dependent upon your location.

 

If free shipping is listed in the auction, then final payment is what you pay upon checkout. Certain items will have this in the listing. Smaller items are more likely to have free shipping but read the details carefully.

 

If shipping cost is to be added, I generally use what the US post office indicates based on the package dimensions and weight. For oversized items, UPS or FedEx may be used.

 

Either Domestic to the U.S. or International.

 

International buyers will pay actual shipping cost and any import fees required by your country. If international, item may be opened for inspection in your country but is otherwise sealed in the manufacturer's packaging. Please keep this in mind when bidding. Recently I have had a number of issues trying to ship internationally. The set fee is determined by eBay global shipping, which is cheaper than most. It will be added to your total cost.

 

I ship within 3-5 days of the auction's close.

 

If the USPS can deliver it, it will. I have found this to be the most reliable carrier worldwide. In some cases where it is necessary to use another carrier, I will use FedEx or UPS, and may consider others. This will be communicated to the Buyer or it will be listed in the description. I will try to use the most economical and reliable method.

 

Some countries may be restricted by the international crises of their individual geographic location. If you reside in an affected area, please be aware that this may affect estimated shipping times. There are certain places that USPS and others won't deliver to. Check if you are on the list of restricted or banned countries.

 

I only ship to eBay and PayPal Confirmed addresses.

 

I will confirm that the item has shipped in a follow up email.

 

Returns:

 

**Unless listed in the individual auction, I do not accept returns**

 

If you try to force a return through by using eBay’s return guarantee and there is not pre-authorization, I will dispute it and report this as fraud to eBay authority.

 

High value items or collectibles such as animation, statues or sports memorabilia may be given exception, but this will be based on individual circumstances and will have to be a negotiation between the Buyer and Seller to pay the shipping fees if the item was already sent to you. Any refund will be dependent upon the condition in which the item is returned.

 

Communication and Feedback:

 

Please allow 24 hours for answers to questions about an item. If additional photos are requested, these can be emailed to a confirmed email address or sent through the eBay messaging system.

 

Feedback is always appreciated and will be reciprocated. If you are considering leaving neutral or negative feedback, please contact me regarding the perceived issue and we will try to correct the problem. Due to the punitive nature (by eBay) of negative feedback on a Seller or Buyer, it is in everyone's best interest to work out a mutually acceptable solution.
