Carbon Monoxide Detectors Test
1. Power On: Connect to power and wait 1 min for stabilisation. Ensure readings are steady.
2. Test Detection: Use a cigarette to produce CO in a ventilated area. Hold it 2 inches from the sensor and check if readings rise.
3. Reset & Safety: Remove the source and ensure readings return to normal.
Natural Gas Detector Test
1. Power On: Connect and wait 60 sec.
2. Sensitivity Test – Release gas for 10 sec (unlit lighter) 2” from intake; alarm sounds & red light flashes.
3. Reset Check – Alarm stops & readings return to baseline within 60 sec after gas is removed.
