Domestic items under $20 or combined under $50 domestic will now use ebay's new tracking system where possible, which unfortunately means fewer stamps on outgoing mail. International mail requiring tracking uses ebay's international system, which costs $15 (expensive, but still the cheapest option to get tracking).
