📦 No Returns / No Refunds Policy

Due to the considerable costs associated with packing, shipping, and daily operations, we have adopted a strict no return, no refund policy.

We understand buyers often expect protections like the eBay Money Back Guarantee. However, please note:

• We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any buyer abusing the return process.

• Legal matters will be handled through Small Claims Court in Volusia County, Florida, and local law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.

🚚 What to Do if a Package Arrives Damaged:

We recognize that carrier mishandling can occur. Here's the correct procedure if your package arrives damaged:

• Visible Damage at Delivery:

  • Refuse the package.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged package.

  • Contact us immediately.

• Damage Discovered After Delivery:

  • Take six (6) photos (one of each side of the box).

  • Take two (2) to four (4) photos of the damaged item and packaging material.

  • Contact us immediately so we can file a carrier claim and provide a return label if appropriate.

• We record a video of every item to document its condition at the time of listing.

• We maintain CCTV footage of the packaging and shipping process for transparency and protection.

  We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground to balance reliability, speed, and cost-efficiency.

• Handling Time Commitment:

  • Payments received by Noon (Eastern Time) ship the same business day.

  • Payments received after Noon ship the next business day.

For larger or freight items, we strongly recommend obtaining a shipping quote before bidding or purchasing.
Freight costs can sometimes exceed buyer expectations, and we want to ensure you're fully informed before committing.

We welcome local pickups at no additional cost (sales tax may apply).

All pickups must be prearranged and scheduled in advance.

🚗 Local Delivery (Central Florida):

To help you save on shipping costs, we may offer local delivery within the Orlando/Central Florida area for an additional fee.
