We accept PayPal payments only when the buyer's PayPal account is confirmed.

SHIPPING

USPS  First  Class   -  unless you contact me and we work out something different, just let me know, I'm happy to help.  Shipping service is adjusted when size or weight require it.  Heavier items may require parcel post or priority mail options. 

If you want to add shipping insurance I'll split it with you on items over $80.  Just let me know.

Most items are shipped within 24 hours, but occasionally it's a full business day after we receive payment.  We always strive to ship as quickly as possible!!!  If your payment comes in after we've invoiced for the day, it might not be received until the following morning.  Most items ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. 

RETURNS

All items are New, or have been tested and are working perfectly.  You must take a picture of any packages that appear to have been damaged in shipping.  Take pictures of any damaged items as well.  New & Sealed media cannot be returned.

Any claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.  Please contact me with any questions you may have, I'm glad to help.  All items are new or have been tested
