This figure was released in 2008.  It is copyrighted LFL Hasbro and made in China.  This figure was never released in packaging and only available loose.  It is unknown if this was officially an unreleased figure or some type of custom.  However, it was available in limited quantities.  Although it is not likely official, it has been dubbed as "Padme Stormtrooper.  Definitely a rare, interesting piece!
