Grand Champion Appaloosa Stallion, Kansas State Fair 1971. Purple Rosette, ribbon with the Great Seal of the State of Kansas on the rosette.    Made by Regalia Mfg. Co. Rock Island, IL in a faux leather like material.  Very cool piece of nostalgia.  Would be a great decor piece for a horse loving person.
