Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 Sewing Machine - Powers On

NOTE — this sewing machine turns on. All the switches do something. I cannot fully test it because it is missing the foot that holds the fabric down. Also note in the last two pictures one of the feet is missing on the bottom and has been replaced. See pictures. This machine is as is no return no refund.
