B – Minor damage to plastic or metal housing, 100% functional. No damage to displays

C – Moderate damage to plastic or metal housing. May have small functional defects including faulty displays. Device is FUNCTIONAL.

D – Device is not functional and being sold for parts. For parts devices are NOT eligible for returns unless expressed otherwise.
