Guarantee – A period of 7 days from the date of purchase, in which the part MUST be fitted and tested. In the unfortunate circumstance you receive a faulty part and it needs to be returned under our guarantee it will be exchanged or refunded to the value of the PART/S only. Any parts that need to be returned are done so at the BUYERS expense. Any Labour costs incurred are the buyer’s responsibility. A refund will be issued on the original purchase price less the postage and packaging cost.

Any parts or packaging that has arrived damaged in transit must be checked and MUST NOT be signed for if the part has been damaged and returned to us.

All postage costs quoted are for Mainland UK Only. NI Ireland and Channel Island while have a surcharge, please check with us before purchasing.

All our parts are sent via Courier and will require a signature as proof it’s been sent and received.

All parts we sell our security marked and some are naked to the visible eye, any attempt to temper and modify the part will result in Guarantee being NIL and VOID, and refund refused.

We provide part numbers for all our stock, it is the BUYERS responsibility to check that the parts is correct for their vehicle before purchasing, as correctly supplied parts will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

As with all electronic parts are tested prior to removal and as such we cannot guarantee or accept returns.  As an electrical fault from your car could damage our electrical item.
