This is an original 1984 trade paperback copy of "Leonardo Da Vinci: Drawings of Horses and Other Animals from the Royal Library at Windsor Castle," written primarily by Carlo Pedretti and featuring dozens of plates of Da Vinci's illustrations. 

Overall, the book is in fair condition--a great reading copy with some cosmetic flaws. As you'll see in my first seven photos, the covers have heavy wear, particularly all along the spine, where fraying and tearing occurs. Many stains and some scuffs are also found. Inside, the pages are mostly clean and crisp, with writing on the first page (a blank page, shown in my 8th photo). The binding remains strong but is a little stiff, especially where the covers attach to it.
