This is a great opportunity to acquire an authentic autograph of
William Gaunt (in person signed, 10"x8").
William Charles Anthony Gaunt is an English actor. He became widely known for television roles such as Richard Barrett in The Champions, Arthur Crabtree in No Place Like Home and Andrew Prentice in Next of Kin.
He is also known from Solo For Sparrow (1962) as Detective Sergeant Reeve, The Sinister Man (1961) as Mitch Hallam, Sergeant Cork (1963–1968) as Bob Marriott, The Revolutionary (1970), Run for Your Wife (2012) as Man on Bus, The Timber (2015) as Jebediah.
He made appearances in other series such as Juliet Bravo and in the Doctor Who two-part serial Revelation of the Daleks (1985). In 2010, he appeared in the Globe Theatre production of Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part 1. He starred in the 2004 Doctor Who audio series Dalek Empire III. He also appeared in the Channel 4 series Cast Offs.
In December 2002 he appeared in Heartbeat. In 2011, he was seen in ITV drama Without You. In 2012, Gaunt appeared in Midsomer Murders as Ludo DeQuetteville in the episode "The Dark Rider". In 2015, Gaunt played Judge St John Redmond in six episodes of EastEnders.
The picture is in good condition, comes with COA and would make a nice addition to any collection. The item obtained on Sunday 8th June 2025 at Maggie's Charity Event in London. The watermark 'Affordable Celebrity Autographs' does not appear on original photo.
