1. Condition of Used Clothing

• All items are carefully inspected, and any notable flaws (stains, tears, pilling, etc.) will be disclosed in the product description and photos.
• Condition categories we use:
• Like New: Minimal to no signs of wear.
• Used: Light wear with no major flaws.
• Fair/Good: Noticeable wear or small flaws, all disclosed.
• Please review descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final with limited exceptions (see below).

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Significant Misrepresentation:
• If the item received is significantly different from the listing description (e.g., wrong size, undisclosed major flaw), a return will be accepted.
• Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
2. Incorrect Item Shipped:
• If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Note: Returns are not accepted for:

• Minor signs of wear consistent with used clothing.
• Fit issues or “change of mind.”
• Color variations due to screen displays.

3. Hygiene and Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, and with any original tags (if applicable).
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, swimwear, or accessories unless there is a significant error in the listing.

4. Shipping Policy

• Most Items ship within the same business day after payment. (Items must be purchased before 12pm CST for this to apply. 
• We offer tracked shipping, and buyers will receive tracking information.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct.

5. Fraud Prevention

• All items are documented (photos, unique identifiers) before shipping to prevent fraudulent returns.
• Items returned that do not match the original condition will not be refunded, and eBay policies will be enforced.
