Holidays are Dispatched on the Next Working Day (Including express/next day
delivery).
For next day delivery please order before 12 pm Monday to Friday
and choose DPD courier service.
Damages Policy:
If you unfortunately receive an item damaged, please contact us
immediately
If possible, provide as clear pictures as possible of the damaged
areas
Once we have received documentation of damages, and we have begun
the claims process, you will be shipped a replacement free of charge, or
refunded in full, at your discretion.
Returns Policy:
Returns accepted in original condition, undamaged and sealed
packaging with all the necessary attachments.
Postage cost for returns must be paid by buyer
Only product cost will be refunded to the customer.
You will be refunded in full once the goods have been received and
confirmed as "New"
We do not accept returns after 14 days from the receipt of goods, or
on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again as "New"
