---Junichi Okubo---
Born in Tokushima Prefecture in 1959. Graduated from the Graduate School of Humanities at the University of Tokyo. Doctor of Literature. After working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Letters, Nagoya University, a researcher at the Tokyo National Museum, and an assistant professor at Atsumi Women's University, he is now a professor at the National Museum of Japanese History and the Graduate University for Advanced Studies, and director of the Machida City Museum of Prints.
