Original Burke & James lens plate adapter with 94x94mm lens plate that has a 65mm diameter hole. Good condition.
Shows some scuffs and scratches, really not that much. Works perfectly.
Fits some Kodak view models. Last picture at the top stamped Burke & James Chicago.
