The Guide is in Very Good, not perfect, Condition.  The cover, which has retained good color and gloss, and all internal pages, which are off-white, are firmly attached.  The front and back cover corners have wear and rounding, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/4" crease and is curled (approx. 3"), there are some blemishes in that area, the bottom right-hand corner has an approx. 1/2" crease (and the inner pages are curled); the back cover top right-hand corner has a partial price sticker, the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 3/4" crease, there is a lengthy scratch extending from 'side quests' down below 'guide!'; the binding has wear at the top edge and an approx. 1/8" crease at the bottom edge.
