Complete DPF Regeneration
DPF Regeneration is used to clear PM (Particulate Matter) from the D-PF filter through continuous combustion oxidation mode (such us high temperature heating conbustion, fuel additive or catalyst reduce PM ignition conbustion) to stabilize the filter perfornance. Avoid costly replacement of the filters. Lower Overall Maintenance Costs.

Perform a visual inspection of the following:
→ Fluids – Any signs of loss?
→ Air management system
→ Restricted air filter
→ Leaks, loose or broken clamps
→ Charge Air Cooler damage, damaged pipes
→ Signs of fluid contamination in exhaust
→ Turbo failures
→ Cooling package restrictions, verify proper fan operation
→ Electrical connections and harness that control air flow through engine such
as intake throttle valves, EGR valves, and turbo actuators
→ Check sensors for soot or fluid contamination
→ Exhaust system and related Aftertreatment system
→ Excessive soot from tailpipe
→ Damaged piping
→ Signs of exhaust leaks, broken mount or hangers
→ Sensor damage or poor connections, harness damage
→ Verify that the DPF flow -> is correctly oriented
→ DEF quality (32.5% urea / 67.5% deionized water)
→ Fuel system
→ Leaks, restrictions, fuel contamination
→ Connector issues
→ Improper fuel line routing, or crimped lines
Preparations Before DPF Regeneration
The following prerequisites must be met; failure to do so may prevent regeneration from starting or completing
l The engine is running and at operating temperature
l PTO/cruise control is off
l The parking brake is engaged
l The clutch pedal is disengaged
l There is sufficient fuel to complete regeneration
l There is sufficient DEF to complete regeneration
l Verify that there are no active aftertreatment-related faults
Before proceeding, ensure that all safety precautions have been taken.
l This must be performed outdoors, away from flammable materials.
l Clear any obstructions within 10 feet of the exhaust outlet.
l Verify that there are no fuel leaks or other flammable foreign objects on or around the exhaust pipe.
Operate Notice
For DPF regen, Generally to successfully perform the DPF regeneration, pls kindly meet these demands
1, Pls make sure the engine does not have trouble codes or other phisical malfunctions, if has, pls repair it firstly;
2, Engine running at idle speed, and water temperature should be higher than 80 Celse Degree.
3, Coolant temperature is higher than 60"C Degree; Fuel temperature is lower than 70"C degree;
4, The DPF soot level is higher than 80% full; Need to be regen.
